Backbones Project

One of the biggest perks about working here at Saans is the wide range of people we get the pleasure of meeting.  We get clients from all walks of life.  Some old, some young,  some from here and some from there.  We aim for more than just a pretty picture, we want to see YOU.   Everyone’s story is important and we want to help share it.  A recent shoot left us in awe with just how capable of amazingness humans can be.  We photographed Katie, a mother of two, who has suffered a severe spinal injury due to an unfortunate car accident.  Although her method of getting around has changed a bit, there is nothing holding this lady back!  She came into our studio with her lovely family and her positive attitude was simply contagious!  We took some great shots and heard some marvelous stories.  A perfect example that happiness is about perspective and circumstances are what we make of them. We were proud and pleased to learn about Katie’s  journey.  What a great role model!
