Photographers often talk about the golden hour for shooting. It’s the time where the lighting seems perfect and the whole sky turns into a giant soft box (photographer-geek gear) with a warm glow that complements everyone. The problem is that golden “hour” is more like 10 to 20 minutes at best! The sun was quickly setting and we hustled our willing model Kaci, photographer, assistant and an intern up to the foothills of Salt Lake where the color palette this time of year remains one of our favorites. The wardrobe selection and location created an outdoor, winter fashion look that came together nicely.
Even in the cooler weather, getting out and shooting is what we love to do.
